This event, organised by MSA, the French Social Protection Organisation for Farmers, member of the network, gathered MSA’s Managers all over France (around 250 people) to study the evolution of leadership. In the first place, a comparative analysis on the characteristics of the ENASP network social protection schemes with a focus on management executives within the network, was presented by Mr. Lepage, former ENASP Luxembourg member. Then, the present network’s members (Austria, Finland, Germany, Greece and Poland), testified about different situations encountered in their own organisations, having hence the occasion to exchange and share their views with their French counterparts.
